Mango TV is a new-media audio‑visual integrated distribution service platform that centers on interactive audio‑visual content, combining the advantages of both online and traditional television. It delivers exclusive broadcasts, cross‑screen programming, and original productions under a “multiple‑screens‑in‑one” model, and it is also the only Internet video platform under Hunan Broadcasting System.

In 2017, Mango TV turned a profit—becoming the first Chinese online‑video operator to do so—with net earnings of RMB 489 million. In June 2018, the major asset reorganization of Happy Shopping (300413.SZ) was approved, and Mango TV—together with Mango Interactive Entertainment, Tianyu Media, Mango Film & TV, and Mango Entertainment—was bundled into Happy Shopping as one of Hunan Broadcasting’s “dual‑core” strategic entities. This made it the first state‑controlled video platform listed on China’s A‑share market. In July of the same year, Happy Shopping formally changed its name to “Mango Excellent Media.”
